Responsibilities:
* Provide 1stlevel IT support via phone email chat and selfservice portal
* Assist employees with system operations and troubleshooting
* Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues remotely
* Monitor and categorize IT tickets in the ITSM system
* Use internal knowledge databases for efficient issue resolution
* Collaborate with 2ndlevel support teams and external providers
Requirements:
* Fluent in Swedish (C1 level) both written and spoken
* Good command of English (B2 level)
* Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10 Office 365 MS Teams
* Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
* Analytical mindset and problemsolving skills
* High customer service orientation and attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
