The Position
This role provides scientific/technical service to systems and solutions installed at client sites. Also ensures the highest efficiency and effectiveness in assigned activities (installations, preventive, corrective, evolutionary maintenance, and modifications) and differentiates Roche's value proposition and achieves optimal customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve and maintain excellent operational levels in all assigned solutions (instruments, reagents, and software).
2. Execute preventive, corrective, evolutionary maintenance, installations, and modifications.
3. Train users in the handling and use of solutions.
4. Establish and maintain excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with clients.
5. Inform clients of reagent and quality control updates and implement new protocols.
6. Report activities in CRM, both remote and on-site.
7. Document technical characteristics of client installations and update them as required.
8. Work closely with the Commercial Area to address customer needs and support sales of solutions and service offerings.
9. Comply with legislation, internal procedures, and applicable regulations regarding Safety, Health, and Environment.
10. Adhere to Company policies, including the Code of Conduct and applicable Ethical Codes.
11. Comply with information quality and security standards and procedures.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of developed activities.
Who You Are:
1. Education: Medium/Higher Level Training Cycle or Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering, Health Sciences, or similar.
2. Language: Fluent level of English.
3. Location: in the area of work, preferably in Zaragoza.
4. Mobility: Geographical mobility within the national territory (Aragon and La Rioja mainly).
5. Leadership and communication skills.
6. Ability to work well in a team.
7. Deep knowledge of Roche's product and/or service portfolio.
8. Stakeholder management and knowledge of the organization.
9. Customer orientation.
