We are looking for a candidate to partner with the business to ensure we maintain our company’s values and high ethical standards, comply with the law, protect our people and enhance our reputation. This position reports to the Business Practice Associate Director.
Main roles & responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the Business Practices Manager in daily activities to implement compliance frameworks for local business organizations.
2. Helping to ensure consistent and effective compliance standards are in place in the organization.
3. Identify, assess and prioritize compliance risks.
4. Design and implement processes and standards.
5. Prepare and facilitate learning on compliance and ethical topics.
6. Being a business partner for Compliance consulting.
7. Providing support to manage internal processes such as Due Diligence and Patient Programs.
8. Apply appropriate methods to minimize, monitor and control risks.
9. Support internal audits and/or external inspections.
Education, Skills & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree (ideally with a Legal Background).
2. Postgraduate (MBA, Compliance, Certification CESCOM, ICEMCOM or other related field) would be an advantage.
3. 2+ years of Compliance, Legal or comparable business experience in the pharmaceutical, device or healthcare industry.
4. High ethical standards and personal integrity.
5. Proven analytics skills and strategic thinking.
6. Project Management-Accountable experience.
7. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
8. Good knowledge of compliance rules, legal requirements and codes for the Pharma industry.
9. Good understanding of pharmaceutical companies’ infrastructure and processes.
10. Familiarity with compliance guidelines and data protection legislation.
11. Fluent in English and Spanish.
