For our Barcelona office, we are seeking a candidate with excellent organizational, management, and communication skills, along with experience in Event Management and expertise in local and international corporate events, congress management, and trade shows.Main responsibilities:Ensuring excellent customer experience and quality deliveryResponsible for the delivery of the event’s briefProviding general logistics support to the project as requiredDrafting of documents, agendas, reports, logistics, event communicationsProviding Ad hoc analysis, statistics, metrics and visit reports for managementCoordinates events that contribute to a perfect Customer Experience (pre-event / on-site event / post event)Coordinates general event logistics for visitorsManages CRM to tailored activitiesProviding continuous feedback and funnel of improvementRequirements:An on-site position, allowing for a maximum of 6 days per month of home officeExperienced in project management will include the ability to manage multiple events concurrently, to build timelines and milestones to precisely meet the event requirements.Work effectively in a team, communicating confidently with the Management and amongst peersEffectively Plan and Manage projects and deliver outstanding service to visitorsAdvanced knowledge of Excel, MS Forms, BIProfile:English bilingual or proficiency level is a must.
