Your role purpose
Design, develop, and deploy digital solutions to drive new business models and optimize operations. Enhance performance by providing training and increasing the adoption of existing solutions.
Your responsabilities
IT Project & Service Management
* Act as the IT Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for business projects, especially in the field of new business models
* Manage incoming change requests and proactively identify and address business needs
Digital Solutions Development
* Design, implement, and deploy digital solutions
* Map and document processes, capturing the as-is and proposing optimized to-be scenarios
User Support and Training
* Communicate and train users on existing features and available solutions and the changes and processes improvements
Platform Administration and Development:
* Serve as the primary administrator and developer for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) and SharePoint
* Maintain and enhance these platforms to support business needs. Develop custom applications, automate workflows, manage permissions, and ensure platform security and performance
Work Experience Requirements
* Proven track record of designing and delivering digital solutions. Particularly valued if based on Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint or low-code platforms
* 4 years as IT Business Analyst or working in a consulting/professional services company, preferably in the fields of enterprise applications (e.g. ERPs or CRMs) or business process automation
* Experience with project / service management tools such as Jira Software/Jira Service Management or Azure DevOps
Competencies required
* Exhibit strong learning skills, quickly adapting to new technologies, tools, and business requirements. Interest in learning Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in particular and the Microsoft ecosystem in general to use in the digital business solutions to be provided
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical concepts in clear, concise English to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to transform unclear needs or pain points into documented and structured business requirements and to map business processes into flow/swimlane diagrams
* General IT understanding, with knowledge on automation/workflow tools, databases and APIs. Ability to work with data (e.g. Excel / PowerBI) to support the improvement of processes and/or data quality improvement initiatives
* Autonomy and interest in taking ownership on the digital solutions to be implemented
Other requirements
* Good professional English competencies, both oral and written
* Ability to produce written documentation such as user guides and summaries
