Main Responsibilities:
1. Key Account Management: Maintain and develop long-term relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and other strategic customers in the wind energy and industrial sectors.
2. Business development: Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new customers.
3. Understanding Customer Needs: Identify business opportunities, tailor solutions, and ensure that Laulagun Bearings' products and services meet customers' technical and commercial requirements.
4. Negotiation and Contract Closure: Handle commercial agreements, pricing, and contractual terms to maximize profitability and ensure sustainable relationships.
5. Internal Coordination: Work closely with departments such as engineering, production, and logistics to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
6. Innovation and Product Development: Collaborate with the R&D team to adapt or develop products that align with market evolution.
7. Market Monitoring: Analyze trends, competitors, and industry changes to propose appropriate commercial strategies.

1. Education and Technical Knowledge

* Previous experience in B2B sales within industrial environments.
* Proven track record in managing strategic clients and key accounts.
* Familiarity with technical contract negotiations and long sales cycles.
