* Maintain the reception area and conference rooms in pristine condition.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
* Coordinate courier and mail services.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role (preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-end services).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

* Fluency in Spanish, Catalan and English
