We are looking for a Business Controller for Scania Finance in a dynamic and challenging context.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present the monthly brand business performance reports including comments on the results and recommendations to address any deviations from expected targets.
* Contribute to the development of annual strategic business plans.
* Develop & prepare business cases for strategic initiatives/projects with forecast of financial and human resources required to deliver short and long-term performance targets.
* Liaise with CO in relation to existing and potential solution offering and organizing internal activities to explore and support the implementation of these initiatives.
* Work within established systems & processes to deliver prescribed outcomes for a designated area of the business.
* Work with full competence to determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making.
* Provide specialist advice on the interpretation of performance trends, application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues and referring very complex or contentious issues to others.
* Participate in projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
* In a structured manner define deliverables and milestones in connection with project work and manage one’s time for the successful execution of steps to deliver overall project objectives.
* Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment.

Aptitudes and Knowledge Desired:
* Dynamic, forward-thinking with a solution-finding mindset.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
* 3-5 years of progressive experience in the automotive sector (industrial or retail).
* High level of English; Portuguese is desirable.
* Ability to meet deadlines and objectives.
* Analytical and business-oriented professional.
* Capable of managing several projects at the same time, used to deliver in close deadlines.
* Advanced Excel. Practical experience with an ERP and Power BI is very desirable.
