We're Hiring! Sales Business Developer – Cloud Services !
Our client is a leading multinational IT company specializing in Digital Transformation and Cloud services for international clients across Europe and Latin America.
As an independent Cloud consulting firm, they collaborate with major Cloud providers, including AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Oracle, and DataBricks, ensuring they deliver best-fit solutions to their clients. With a team of 100+ certified Native Cloud Consultants and nearly 300 Cloud projects successfully delivered, they are expanding their presence in Spain.
To support their growth, they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Developer to join their team in Madrid.
Your Mission:
As a Sales Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of approximately 50 key accounts in Spain. Your primary mission will be to:
✅ Identify key decision-makers within these accounts.
✅ Engage with them, understand their Cloud needs, and propose tailored solutions.
✅ Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
✅ Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
✅ Collaborate closely with Cloud partners to develop business opportunities.
✅ Accurately forecast sales and contribute to strategic business development initiatives.
You will report directly to the Spain Country Manager, who will support you in reaching your sales objectives.
Your sales activity will be divided into:
* 80% Hunting: Acquiring new clients and developing new business opportunities.
* 20% Farming: Strengthening relationships with existing key accounts to secure up-sells and cross-sells.
Like any sales role, you will be assigned an annual sales target aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Your Profile:
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience selling Cloud services to large accounts in Spain (Closed projects & Managed Services).
✔ Strong knowledge of the medium and large enterprise ecosystem in Spain.
✔ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
✔ Previous experience as a Business Developer in an AWS, Azure, or GCP partner is a strong plus.
✔ Excellent business relationship and negotiation skills, with real and demonstrable success cases.
