As they continue to expand, they are looking for a dedicated and proactive Native French-speaking VIP Account Manager (English/French) to join their team in Barcelona. Role Overview:
The VIP Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing relationships with their high-value players. You will be responsible for ensuring these players receive a premium, personalized experience, fostering loyalty, and driving growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the success of our VIP program.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value players, serving as their primary point of contact.
● Regularly communicate with VIP clients via email, phone, and chat to ensure their needs are met and they are informed of exclusive offers and promotions.
● Provide white-glove customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring VIP players receive priority support.
● Develop strategies to retain and increase the activity of VIP players through tailored promotions and incentives.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver personalized marketing campaigns for VIP players.
● Track and analyze key performance metrics related to VIP player satisfaction, retention, and revenue contribution.
● Liaise with finance and compliance teams to ensure smooth and compliant handling of VIP transactions.
● Monitor player activity and behavior to anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and enhance the overall VIP experience.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer relations, or a similar role within the online gaming industry.
● Proven experience managing high-value clients or VIP customers is highly desirable.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
● High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
