Operation Strategy Principal Specialist
Key responsibilities
Drive Strategy Vision and Execution
* Manage your project portfolio by overseeing the collection and prioritization of relevant use-cases across Customer Operations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
* Work with teams and business owners to discover and develop potential business opportunities within each of the Business Lines.
* Evaluate and quantify the business impacts and efforts required for implementing opportunities identified.
* Collaborate with internal and external Customer Operations stakeholders to identify synergies and co-develop projects.
* Stay up to date with industry advancements and trends, exploring how they can be leveraged within the organization.
Facilitate Performance Monitoring
* Define and manage relevant indicators that summarize the key performance of the transversal programs in the portfolio, facilitating decision-making.
* Prepare ad hoc analysis for Customer Operations organization or department within (activity, key figures, project progress).
* Regularly analyze deviation of project actual indicators vs. plan and prepare corrective action plans.
Improve Process & Performance
* Formalize processes associated with organizational objectives.
* Drive project adoption by developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies focused on integrating proposed solutions into business-as-usual activities.
* Facilitate upskilling and training strategies to enhance team members' competencies developed within your portfolio.
* Support process changes and empower key contributors through understanding of the project business value.
Communication
* Prepare and deliver presentations to CMO leadership and individual Business Lines to ensure alignment, secure buy-in, and facilitate the understanding of strategic objectives.
* Share updates on project portfolio: progress, accomplishments and risks across the organization to increase visibility and encourage engagement.
* Effectively communicate the decisions taken at the different governance bodies and their impact on his/her domain of scope.
* Facilitate the understanding of key objectives to the different stakeholders to secure its execution.
* Effectively influence decision-making through documented facts & figures for the benefit of the Organization and the Business Line.
About the Ideal Candidate
Work Experience
* At least 3 years experience in an IT or top tier consulting company, working in multicultural environment in business operations planning or operational excellence.
* Background in Industrial Engineering, Organization Engineering or Computer Science.
* Experience in Strategy execution, Program and Project management.
* Strong presentation and analytical skills (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI).
* Experience working in SAFe or understanding of agile methodologies is valued but not required.
Soft Skills
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities, demonstrable experience in relationship building.
* Fast learner and reliable individual with high attention to details, willing to take ownership of end-to-end projects.
* Ability to break down complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data.
* Fluency in English is a must-have, other languages are a plus.
