Accommodations are available upon request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection.Your Role:You will manage and supervise a portfolio of companies of approximately 750 companies, solicit new business for the company and supervise a team of three to six persons.Have overall supervision of entire portfolio of companies Receive, handle and distribute clients’ requests to staff within the account, and monitor progress thereofEnsure that the full account meets time writing targets; provide guidance and training on proper procedures related to time writing to staffAdvise staff on correct procedures for carrying out requests in #3 aboveHave knowledge of procedures relevant to incorporations, amendment to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, transfer of companies to and from other Registered Agents, liquidations, restorations, mergers, continuations and all other aspects of BVI Business Companies, and train staff on these proceduresAttend weekly Account Managers’ meeting and lead team meetings with staff under supervisionMonitor and pursue collection of KYC information and accounts receivablesMonitor staff attendance and time recording on a daily/weekly basisEnsure account meets Citco’s risk policy requirements in regards to all businessSchedule staff vacation to ensure that account is sufficiently staffed at all timesPerform annual appraisals of account staffIdentify training needs of staff and submit to Managing DirectorManage different projects that may be assigned by Managing Director, meeting expected deadlinesAny other duties which the Company may require as part of the business of Citco BVI Limited and supervising staff members in relation heretoFull timePosting Date: 2024-10-29
