Job Description:
Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2.6 GW (1.3 operational and + 1.3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.
Opdenergy is now looking for a HR Specialist to join our HR Team in Madrid.
What you will help with:
1. Talent Acquisition: leading the end-to-end of recruitment, Interviews, corporate onboarding, etc.
2. Employer Branding: attending job fairs and proposing improvement initiatives.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance: support managing workplace relations, conflict resolution, and regulatory compliance.
4. Performance & Training: support conducting performance evaluations, training, and employee development.
5. Payroll & Benefits: overseeing payroll processing, time tracking, and benefits administration.
6. Workforce Planning & HR Analytics: help optimizing staffing and HR data analysis.
7. General HR Operations: from Preboarding to Offboarding.
Who you are:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in HR processes.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
7. Team player with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
8. Fluent in English; Italian language is a plus.
