The candidate will work on an international project, implementing Employee Central Time Management (Time off and Time Tracking) for Spain and Portugal as a pilot for a multicountry roll out in collaboration with a core global team from EPI-USE.
The main tasks associated with the position are:
* Define workbooks with the client and global team.
* Employee Central configuration for the Spanish and Portuguese localisation from a global template design.
* Run playback sessions with the client to refine functionality.
* Testing the solution in each iteration.
* Manage the UAT with the client.
* Define and manage the cut-over plan.
* Align with the rest of the project team in different countries (meetings, calls, etc).
EXPERIENCE
* Proven experience for EC Time Management implementation. At least 3 years experience in full cycle projects.
* At least 1 full cycle project for EC Time Tracking (from gathering requirements till go-live and hypercare phase).
* Experience in other SuccessFactors functionalities and integration with payroll.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Client facing experience.
* Relevant experience for international projects. Use to work in English.
