Job Description
1. Customer insight: Research the lifestyles of the target customer and monitor the latest lifestyle trends in fashion, travel, and retail to identify potential areas of opportunity for the company to increase awareness and preference to the target customer(s).
2. Competitor insight: Define the aspirational compete set and monitor their social behaviour online to strengthen our unique points of difference in the market.
3. Product Innovation: Analyse the current business and think of creative ways to improve the product offering to increase sales and profit margins. Create/lead the marketing strategy and implement successful new product launches.
4. Design: Liaise with designers and supervise the production of all marketing and guest facing material in partnership with the Marketing/Customer Experience and Digital Marketing areas.
5. Photography & Videography: Organise the different hotel's image gallery and ensure that the content library is up to date with on-brand content. Work with the operations to brief, coordinate and deliver new content.
6. Shootings: Oversee the production of shootings for social media, advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
7. Customer journey: Work with the CMO and the team, Experience and Operational teams to develop brand touchpoints and hallmarks that amplify each hotel's unique point of difference.
8. Brand Positioning: As part of the annual marketing plan take the time to evolve the brand positioning, presenting new ideas for sign off by management.
9. Brand Partnerships: Drive additional awareness/reputation and revenue by supporting all the partnerships with like-minded luxury brands.
10. Social Media Management: Manage all aspects of social media interaction between the audience and the company (community management). Be responsible for the calendar, engagement and organic growth. Propose, support, and implement community initiatives to grow our user base across social media and other communication channels.
The Successful Applicant
1. 5+ years in a Brand Management role in a luxury brand.
2. Experience of implementing successful marketing campaigns and a 'black' book of luxury contacts.
3. High proficiency in written and spoken English.
4. Based in Andalucia.
5. A proactive, enthusiastic, and committed individual and team player, with a can-do attitude who looks for opportunities to improve their performance.
6. Must possess solid time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure whilst prioritising and delegating tasks effectively.
7. Strong luxury brand marketing knowledge and skills, including brand strategy, channel management, digital marketing techniques, customer relationship management, communications, and agency management.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
9. To carry out any other reasonable requests to take on additional duties/tasks as may be requested by the MCD which would help to ensure all clients expectations are met and exceeded.
