Job Description
To manage direct and prospective accounts, being responsible for turnover and margin targets, forecast and project pipeline management. Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies within the beverage and food markets in line with the company’s strategies. Promote ADM Nutrition portfolio and coordinating the support areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Optimize and grow identified Beverage and Food accounts in Spain.
* Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application and product development.
* Manage projects on own responsibility from customer briefing to implementation.
* Negotiate pricing with customers.
* Create and fulfill own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans.
* Control all sales activities with existing and potential customers.
* Establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
* Monitor the market and identify market potential.
* Proactive presentations to customers, leveraging ADM portfolio in line with market trends.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Good communication skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and English. Catalan / Valencian can be a differential.
* Computer skills – Microsoft Office is a must. Salesforce and SAP experience are differentiators.
* Proven track record with a minimum of 2 years in sales and/or project management.
* Experience, knowledge and contacts across food and beverages segments (B2B).
* Understanding of procedures and decision-making processes in multinational groups.
* Knowledge of food industry and ingredients.
