Responsibilities
* Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers.
* Manage customers' orders, changes, and returns of products and/or services to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery.
* Provide an excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and increase sales.
