Hays is collaborating with a global innovator and supplier of low-carbon and alternative-fuelled powertrains.
We are looking for a SAP S4/HANA Support to logistics processes, you will work closely with Key Business stakeholders related to Source to Pay (STP), located across geographically distributed sites.
Which are the functions?
Project implementation
* Provide S4 functional and technical expertise in the areas of Source to Pay and Logistics (STP).
* Report status and progress for the activities under her domain.
* In coordination with the SI Team Lead, raise Risks and issues for the area in any of the project phases.
* In general, participate in the design, build, test and deploy of the S4 functionality in this domain, in close cooperation with BPOs and the SI STP Team.
* Working with the SI team, lead the Fit-to-Standard workshops, making sure the business processes adhere to SAP Best Practices.
* Responsible of providing to the SI all the information they require from the Business Owners and vice versa (making sure that the SI understands also the requirements of the Business Owners).
* Lead the Testing activities and Defects management, especially during UAT with Key Business Users, for instance, with the prioritization of defects.
Which are the requirenments?
* English is the company’s language (oral & written). Spanish is a plus.
* No less than 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Procurement and Materials Management (Sourcing and contracting, Planning and forecast, Buy and deliver, Invoice to pay...), inventory management, logistics planning, production planning,
* Strong experience on delivering SAP transformation projects and the usual deliverables in Source to Pay: blueprint definition and workshops, functional designs (WRICEFs), configuration guides and actual configuration, mappings, data migration (LSMW and other tools), Interfaces, User Authorizations, Testing, etc.
* Extensive experience working in a complex multi-country, multi-cultural, matrix environment.
