Your role at Cheil: Creative Director (Art Direction Background)
What we are looking for?
Profile Description: As Creative Director, you will lead the creative team to develop and execute disruptive campaigns that resonate with audiences. You’ll oversee the creative process from concept to delivery, ensuring top quality and consistency across all projects. Collaboration with strategy, production, and digital teams will be key to executing integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire the creative team, ensuring high-quality outputs and innovation in all projects.
Disruptive Campaigns: Develop creative strategies and concepts that push boundaries and drive engagement for clients.
Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
Client Presentations: Present creative ideas to clients, articulating the strategy and vision effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with account, strategy, production, and tech teams to deliver seamless campaigns.
Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in creativity, technology, and advertising to ensure the agency remains at the forefront.
Skills:
Experience: 8-10 years in advertising, with at least 3 years in a leadership creative role.
Education: Degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Video edition, etc.).
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital strategies and social media.
Creativity: A disruptive and innovative mindset, with a passion for bold, original ideas.
Languages: Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
Languages:
C1 level of English required, with advanced English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and external suppliers.

Timetable from Monday to Thursday from 09.00-18.15 and Fridays from 09.00-15.00. July and August, we have an intensive working day, Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 15:00.
