We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Spanish IT & ITC market, excellent English skills, and a determined attitude with plenty of energy to help us secure new deals for our partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and developing new business through sales and creative efforts, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Your Challenge
As a Business Developer, you will introduce innovative IT solutions into the Southern European market, working closely with other Business Developers on the entire sales process – from initial contact to deal closure. You will develop effective market approaches and collaborate with the back office team to create lead lists.

Your Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or university degree.
* Native Spanish and excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
* At least 3 years of professional experience in a commercial position, sales, or account management role.
* You are based in Barcelona and available for immediate hiring.
* Hunter-type attitude, energy for new business, and autonomy to work with minimal oversight.
* Good organization, time management, and communication skills.
* A team player with a sense of humor.
