How you will create an impact :
* You will take on IT project responsibility for office integration topics – from gathering requirements and evaluation to contributing to concept development and implementation.
* You will act as a key advisor at the interface between branch management and IT teams, ensuring smooth process flows in all directions.
* You will manage a network of service providers and coordinate their involvement in your branch office projects.
* You support the development and expansion of a professional team, take partial responsibility for the further development and IT operations of our branches, and actively contribute to optimization and future viability.
* You will leverage your expertise to contribute effectively to strategic IT matters in a global context.
* You will ensure thorough documentation of implemented projects and resulting installations.
* You are interested in a highly versatile role and bring a high willingness to travel.
About you :
* You have completed training or a degree in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or possess a comparable qualification.
* You have approximately 5 years of professional experience, ideally with office relocation or expansion projects in a global environment.
* You have knowledge of professional methods for leading employees in projects and bring relevant practical experience.
* You have experience in planning, managing, and executing projects, including coordinating and overseeing external service providers.
* You possess a confident and diplomatic demeanor combined with strong presentation and facilitation skills in English.
* Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word complete your profile.
* You bring an independent and structured working style, combined with flexibility and strong organizational skills.
* You have a deep understanding of complex process workflows and their practical implementation.
* Your work approach is characterized by commitment, a time-conscious, conscientious, and service-oriented mindset.
