Summary Of the Job:
The main task of a Product Specialist is to represent J&J Innovative Medicine in front of healthcare professionals, ensuring that J&J Innovative Medicine products are used based on their own merit and according to their clinical indications while respecting all J&J Credo obligations. The Product Specialist promotes registered Innovative Medicine (IM) products within registered indications to increase IM product access in collaboration with other functions, detailing IM product's value to serve more eligible patients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Maximize patient share of assigned products through understanding the patient pathway, ensuring sales are maximized, and all sales processes are conducted in compliance with J&J guidelines and local laws.
2. Use a multichannel approach to reach out to HCPs (face to face, email, phone calls, presentations when required) with the set quality and quantity according to CVT strategy, providing quality call feedback for each visit.
3. Achieve market share targets for the assigned territory.
4. Promote IM's image as a scientific transformational digital innovator within assigned accounts and organize promotional/digital scientific meetings.
5. Maximize J&J Innovative Medicine's access by understanding logistical processes, product listing processes, contracting, account stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
6. Develop and maintain long-term engagements with customers/stakeholders within the accounts (e.g., Directors of Pharmacy, Senior Procurement Managers, Tender Managers, and Hospital Management).
7. Identify short and long-term business opportunities according to the Business Unit strategy in collaboration with the Market Access team.
8. Ensure execution excellence through fulfilling all Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) index and KPIs within the agreed timelines, including updating the database, accurate reporting of visits to HCPs, sample handling, and continuous improvement of qualitative performance.
9. Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors by achieving results in scientific quizzes organized by CVT and attending all assigned training courses.
10. Organize assigned activities respecting all compliance rules and using the correct CRM system as stipulated in related SOP.
11. Ensure compliance with J&J and local regulations, including local laws & HCBI guidelines, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and other J&J policies.
12. Notify within company regulations about Adverse Events & Product Quality Complaints.
13. Adhere to quality and compliance practices, including global fleet safety standard requirements and local traffic laws.

Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of Pharmacy.
Experience:
0-2 Years. Digital knowledge is an advantage.
Language:
Written and spoken fluency in English & Arabic.
