AIRBUS offers 40 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - # DISCOVER II 2024 / 2025 - Starting date October 1st 2024.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.
The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
What does this internship consist of?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today.
This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2024, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Description
You will join the Reward / Compensation & Benefits Spanish team in Airbus Spain.
The Reward team is part of Human Resources (HR), responsible for providing Compensation & Benefit solutions & tools expertise in compliance with the Airbus strategy for national and/or international scope.
Our scope is based on three main pillars: Benefits, Salary, and Grading for the Airbus Spanish employees.
You will support the department to improve, simplify, and implement the processes. Your environment will be a local team in Spain and also have an international scope.
Your tasks will be related to the three pillars: ensuring the implementation of our salary campaigns and supporting grading or job leveling work as an essential part of Reward activities to measure the impact of each job in the organization.
You will also support the definition of the benefits portfolio offered to Airbus employees.
Finally, you will monitor the overall performance and effectiveness of our Reward solutions.
Skills :
* University studies in Law, Economics, Human Resources or equivalent.
* Language skills : Fluent in English. Any other spoken/written language would be a plus.
* MyPULSE, SAP is desirable.
* Ability to react quickly and with flexibility in different tasks.
* Ability to synthesize and translate complex information at different levels. Ability to switch from big picture to detailed view.
* Be proactive to propose process improvements. Solution-oriented.
* Communication skills.
* Excellent team working skills. Willingness to work in a local and transnational environment.
