It forges strategic partnerships with suppliers, prioritizing innovation and data-driven solutions.This job offer is accessible to all, regardless of gender.About the jobAs Regional Category Buyer Total Talent Management Services (TTM) for the Europe region, you will be responsible for implementing sourcing strategies according to category management strategies and leading sourcing for the category of spend & geographic scope assigned, and across all business units. Core subcategories will be temporary workers, managed services, and recruitment services.This includes activities such as, but not limited to, partnering with the internal business teams to support their objectives, assisting with building project scopes, consolidating all business needs and specifications, conducting Global Request for Proposal (RFP), negotiating contract renewals, rate cards / discount schedules, and managing overall relationships with key suppliers.You will be the procurement expert in the Europe region for TTM services (meaning External Workforce) while managing all additional procurement categories of the professional services domain in Europe & France when required:Real Estate and Workplace Services: Real Estate, Facility Management, Building Maintenance, Security Services, Working Garments, Personal Protective Equipment, Office Supplies, TranslationHuman Resource Services: Rewards & Performance, Car fleet, Learning & Development, Business Process OutsourcingThe overall spend under your supervision is about +85M€ spend/year.ResponsibilitiesSupports the Global Lead Buyer or the Regional Category Manager of the category to ensure the strategy's executionDelivers savings pipeline in line with targetsData crunching: Collect, clean, organize, and analyze large volumes of raw data. Leverage advanced Excel formulas and functions (V/Xlookup, index Match, concatenate, SUMIF, IFAND, etc.). Strip out unwanted information and format, translating data into the required format and structuring it for analysis (pareto, charts, etc.) or processing by other applications.
