About the role:
You’ll be at the forefront of Bdeo's growth, driving lead generation through proactive outreach and insightful market research across the globe. Your mission: to uncover new opportunities, connect with key decision-makers, and fuel our sales pipeline with qualified leads!
-Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify and contact potential clients, focusing on large and medium-sized enterprises, through various channels such as email, LinkedIn, and calls, following Bdeo’s established sales process.
-Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential target markets for Bdeo's solutions. Analyze competitor offerings and help refine targeting strategies.
-Global Outreach & Cultural Awareness: Conduct outreach and research across different markets worldwide, adapting communication and meeting strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
-Client Needs Assessment: Develop a deep understanding of prospective clients’ business needs, pain points, and how Bdeo’s solutions can address these. Generate qualified leads and set up introductory meetings for the sales team.
-Sales Tools Proficiency: Utilize SDR and CRM tools to manage pipeline activities, track outreach performance, and maintain accurate records of leads. Stay updated on the latest SaaS tools used by leading sales teams globally.
About you (Our requirements):
-Location: Must be based in Madrid, with the ability to work and coordinate internationally.
-Native-level Spanish and English for global markets. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
-Global Market Research: Demonstrated experience in conducting market research and managing outreach efforts across different countries and cultures. Ability to handle international market research and set up meetings globally.
-Energy and Resilience: Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails daily with energy and enthusiasm.
-Sales-Driven Attitude: Strong hunter mentality, eager to make compelling arguments, overcome challenges, and engage with qualified prospects.
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of Bdeo’s solutions.
-CRM Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
-Drive and Ambition: A competitive spirit, passion for sales, and a winning attitude.
