Go beyond analysing data to implement brand plans focused on retention and expansion initiatives, and execute high-impact digital and CRM campaigns. The role requires designing strategic digital plans, creating materials, and directing advertising. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, the ability to analyse digital KPIs, and maintaining brand integrity are essential.What Youll DoMARKETINGCustomer Understanding: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer segments, including their needs, pain points, preferences, and motivations to drive engagement.Market Research Collaboration: Partner with Global Market Insights to execute and localize market research and data analytics, ensuring alignment with local business needs.Marketing Project Management: Manage the activation and execution of global marketing digital projects in collaboration with Area Marketing, and maintain awareness of new media and digital technologies, digital tools, integrating them into the Brand Plans and campaigns.Omnichannel Strategy Implementation: Brief to external Agencies, leading the implementation of an omnichannel marketing strategy using customer insights, and an accurate budget implementation.DIGITALDevelop and execute integrated, multi-platform digital marketing strategies and customer-centric campaigns tailored to specific segments, aligned with Global initiatives to drive growth across ADC's brand portfolio.Managing online branding, content strategies, communications, and campaigns throughout the customer/patient JourneyBuilding the online community, attracting new patients, driving lead acquisition, SEO and PPC strategy to drive traffic and conversion rates.Analyzing data, consumer behavior and KPIs to optimize consumer journey strategies in order to improve the outcomes and UX/UIEnsure web deliver the best-in-class user experience (Update content, publication calendar, monitor errors and EMEAP coordination)CRMPlan and deliver CRM strategies across the company to drive impactful customer engagement and retention driving marketing automation.Drive data-driven segmentation and profiling to provide personalizing CRM content.Coordinate, execute and optimize local campaigns (CRM, Direct to patients, Digital and social media) and manage local editorial calendar.Monitor and analyze key metrics relates to leads, customer engagement and retention. And share performance trends, insights and recommendations for digital/marketing/social media and inbound marketing campaigns.DIGITAL HEALTH TOOLSManage local deployment of digital health solutions products and leads local execution and enhancements in collaboration with area and global marketing.Ensure internal and external communication to drive adoption and retention and manage internal training about new enhancements and features.Develop strategies and assets to drive the business digital goals.Run internal trainings about releases.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Science Degree (Digital Master is a plus).To support our complex product lines, a solid scientific knowledge is required.English proficiency is mandatoryFrom 6 to 8 years in commercial roles sales and/or marketing within the industry with proven ability to execute insight led Brand plans that drive competitive advantage along the path to purchase. FCGM previous expertise is a plus.
