Context of the Position:
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to strengthen our product marketing team. In this position you will manage a product family dedicated to OEM/Brand (DMS, CRM or Digital solutions...) to promote it both to the market to ensure its success and internally.
To be successful in this role you must:
Understand the products, the competitors, the market and its expectations.
Be able to define a value proposition that resonates with customers.
Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Analyze the market and know the competition, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of your products. You also understand what features users want, their pain points and how their company makes purchasing decisions.
Understanding of the market helps you develop our positioning and a messaging that resonates with buyers and enables our sales to succeed.
Be able to develop data driven GoToMarket strategies.
Based on your analysis and understanding of the markets, you will identify the white space on your product portfolio for each region.
Help define the desired evolution of your product by working closely with the product team
Create assets to support sales development (sales presentation, webinar support, objection playbook, etc.) as well as knowledge bases.
Work with the marketing team to develop innovative programs and content to drive demand generation.
You are the product evangelist and will play a key role in organizing product launches.
️ What We are Looking For:
-Languages: Very fluent english. Interviews will be conducted in English.
Fench is a plus.
-Experience: 3 to 5 years in a PMM position or similar roles. Product marketing experience in the software industry and for a B2B solution ideally in a SAAS company.
*Plus: Proven knowledge of the automotive software solutions market.
-Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You are comfortable speaking in front of customers.
-Technical Skills: Needs a mix of strategic, analytical, technical and communication skills.
-Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment. Need to work with the marketing team, product team and OEM team.
