* Overall responsible for the financial management of overseas BU (including its local companies and related project companies), docking the financial team of the headquarters, supporting local business development, and controlling local fiscal and tax risks;
* Establish and implement the financial management and accounting system of overseas local subsidiaries, and continuously optimize the process;
* Coordinate and organize the group and local statutory audit work and all kinds of financial consulting work for overseas business;
* Review various contracts and business processes, and review and prepare overseas subsidiary vouchers to ensure accurate accounting and compliance;
* Check the income and cost confirmation of current and overseas projects and the monthly and annual closing work in a timely manner on a monthly basis, and prepare financial statements and consolidated statements related to BU to ensure that the data are true, accurate and complete;
* Responsible for the company's financial budget forecast and performance analysis, responsible for project budget control and accounting, timely discover and prompt risks;
* Promote the implementation of financial information system projects of overseas companies;
* According to work needs, may be stationed in different countries and regions overseas in rotation and return to work at the company headquarters;
* Other tasks assigned by the leaders.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and accounting, etc., CPA / Australian capital injection accountant or similar qualification holder is preferred;
* Familiar with international financial reporting standards and common international tax rules, and experience in income and cost accounting of project construction enterprises or auditing experience in related industries is preferred;
* Aged 30-40 years, with more than 10 years of financial work experience, having worked as a general financial management manager / supervisor, having a financial supervisor from an overseas company or having more than 3 years of overseas study and work experience is preferred;
* Cannot accept long-term expatriates and don't vote for those who are critical of the country they are stationed in;
* Cheerful personality, practical and serious work, strong self-drive and willingness to learn, with strong pressure resistance;
* Excellent inter-departmental communication and coordination skills, and strong sense of overall situation, principle, service, and team;
* Spanish can be used as a working language, especially oral English, and can communicate with foreign employees without barriers; English can be used as the basic communication language (proficient in Spanish + basic English).
