Role Purpose : To support the development of the GEDU business, its people, processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached, service quality is maintained, and continually improved and operational efficiency is maximized.
Job Responsibilities :
* Creating partnerships with new potential student recruitment agencies and other educational or training providers.
* Maximizing the enrolment for study abroad programs or higher study courses or university abroad programs.
* Assisting the team in achieving the student recruitment target for each intake and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers.
* Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
* Conducting business meetings and providing training to new recruiting partners regularly.
* Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
* Using financial data to develop effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits, and presenting company offerings to potential partners for negotiation.
* Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue these opportunities.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record in a leadership role within the student recruitment industry.
* Willingness and ability to travel.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A solid understanding of business principles and strategy.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tasks.
* Experience in B2B sales in the Edtech / education industry / agent network / institutions is mandatory.
