Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst Location: Madrid, Spain (Full Remote) Employment type: Contract Duration : 6 12+ months Start : ASAP Rate : 450 EUR per day Core experience : ServiceNow SPM & order management Key Responsibilities: Drive Order Management (OM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) design & implementation. Act as Product Owner or Business Analyst, depending on experience. Translate high level processes into epics, features, and user stories in ServiceNow. Define and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring best practices in deployment. Lead process & design workshops with business stakeholders. Advocate for out of the box ServiceNow solutions while meeting business needs. Conduct product & POC demos, gather feedback, and define improvements. Stay updated on new ServiceNow SPM features for future proof designs. Work closely with technical teams to align configurations with business objectives. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years as a Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Manager in ServiceNow. Strong expertise in OM and/or SPM (Product Catalog, Ordering, Portfolio & Strategic Planning, Agile Development). Experience with CSDM, Target Operating Models, and large service management transformations. Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies (SAFe preferred). Hands on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint .
