This position is located in Sant Cugat del Vallès / Madrid.
What will you achieve?
As Director of the MidMarket Business Unit Spain, you will be part of the growth in a critical and central part of ILA RexCo.
You will define Sales Strategy and GTM for the different solutions that this BU covers. Also, directly manage Sales, Alliances, Partners, and Professional Services. In addition, you will evolve and implement the systems, processes, and metrics to ensure a truly scalable and successful sales force and ongoing customer engagement process.
As a Business Unit Director, you will:
* Set sales goals and objectives with GM and Board.
* Drive sales growth at the strategic and tactical levels; achieve short-term revenue objectives while building a world-class, forecastable Mid Market sales team.
* Sells and promotes the sales of company’s products and services to customers including negotiating price, other concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale.
* Leads strategic and tactical planning for the sales, channel, and professional services team. Conducts weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
* Develops and achieves monthly forecasts and predicts accurately revenue on a monthly basis.
* Provide the essential tools and training.
* Consistently drive a culture of feedback, coaching, and development, and create and deliver on hiring plan.
* Establish tangible goals and priorities, and create the focal points for measuring.
