YOUR MISSION:
Help, coach, motivate, and learn together with a team of motivated and passionate Account Managers. Be the face of Pleez for restaurant chains and contribute to improving our retention and quality.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are a passionate Customer Success Manager with proven experience managing Strategic Accounts and leading by example with colleagues and reportees.
- You have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to take initiative.
- You are willing to take risks, to fail, but also to succeed alongside your teammates.
- Knowing your way around restaurants is a plus; if you have experience in the industry, please let us know right away!
