Senior Technical Safety/ Technical Safety Lead

We are looking for a Senior Technical Safety/Technical Safety Lead, whose main functions will be:
1. Preparation and review of deliverables related to Technical Safety/Environmental, including but not limited to Health, Safety Environmental (HSE) Management Plans, HSE philosophies/Specifications, studies reviews, HAZOP Management and review, SIL Determination, Hazardous Area Classification, Consequence analysis, BAT/ALARP studies, QRA, FESA, COMAH, Noise Specification, Noise Report Management, Emission Modelling Report, Flare Assessment (distances, emission and radiation), HSE Action Tracking Management, impact and emission calculations, and safety equipment specification.
2. Participate in workshops as Technical Safety/Environmental Engineer to advise on technical safety aspects at HAZOP, HAZID, 3D Model Review, HFE Review, Construction HAZID, etc.
3. Ensure compliance with international and specific country legal requirements.
4. Facilitate HAZOP, HAZID, SIL Determination, ALARP and ERP Workshops.
5. Perform radiation and dispersion modeling using Flaresim software (or any similar software) and review the simulations and analyses.
6. Review inter-discipline documents.
7. Monitor manhour budget and prepare weekly workplan and update project progress.
8. Ensure the schedule and deliverable dates are met with high quality deliverables.
9. Prepare specifications, RFI/RFP and TBE for technical safety items.
Skills / Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical discipline or equivalent.
2. English C1.
3. Experience with ADNOC/ARAMCO/QATAR normative.
4. 8-12 years of working experience as Technical Safety Specialist in EPC or Engineering Companies.
5. Significant experience in engineering design of oil and gas facilities.
6. Able to work in a project with minimum supervision.
7. Strong background in onshore/offshore facility and brownfield project experience is an advantage.
8. Skilled in Physical Effects Modeling and Quantitative Risk Assessment, with experience using PHAST, FLARESIM, ALOHA, EFFECTS, EXsilentia software or similar.
9. Effective communicator who can influence key stakeholders.
10. Strong knowledge of Hazardous Area Classification, SCE/PS, EERA, FERA, and other loss prevention analysis and risk assessment.
11. Knowledgeable in technical safety design standards such as NFPA, EPA, NIOSH, IP, ISO, ASME, API, etc.
12. Additional knowledge in Russian Normative is an advantage.
