Indirect Channel Manager Emergency Care Home & Public Iberia

The Indirect Channel Manager Emergency Care has direct accountability on the commercial success of the Emergency Care Home & Public business within Iberia and will lead the business together with our partners across the region.

You are responsible for
1. Managing business performance KPI’s for the Home & Public portfolio in the Iberia region.
2. Set and deploy performance targets for each of the partners (Order intake & sales).
3. Directly manage the commercial execution of the Emergency Care home and public portfolio in Iberia.
4. Drive consistent financial forecasting and demand planning together with all partners in Iberia.
5. Channeling the Iberia customers voice into upstream business propositions.
6. Ensuring consistent customer experience, value and satisfaction in Iberia.
7. Develop relationships and represent Philips home & public portfolio in discussions with NGO´s, key opinion leaders and relevant trade associations.
8. Identifying change, regional trends, competitors and develop appropriate response plans.
9. Responsible for structuring strategic deals in Iberia and preparing the appropriate business case.
10. Developing and implementing business plans in cooperation with the Home & public leader Europe and other relevant colleagues to meet financial and customer objectives.
11. Collaborate on the execution of the European marketing plan.
Location: This role offers you to work from home, covering Iberia

12. 7+ years commercial experience and customer satisfaction.
13. A strong track record of reaching business KPI´s.
14. Proven experience of working with different business models and sales channels through partners challenging status quo.
15. Solid experience in defining and deploying business plans with proven impact with partners.
16. Enjoy working in a large matrix organization and keeping stakeholders informed on the home & public business in Iberia.
17. Experience within the Emergency Care business and distribution partners is a plus but not a must.
18. Strong communication skills in Spanish & English. Additional languages such as Portuguese or other European languages is a plus.
