The role:
1. Management of the Sales Team in a professional and disciplinary manner as well as operative doing of sales and marketing (sales not only of components, but of complete solutions).
2. Development and implementation of brand-, price-, and growth strategies in accordance with the strategy of the group of companies as well as local requirements.
3. Design and implementation of product/services launches and marketing campaigns.
4. Continuous market monitoring in order to identify future potentials and/or threats.
5. Commercial responsibility for the Sales department and results.
6. Leadership, development, coaching and motivating the sales team.
7. Continuous improvement of efficiency and processes which includes to make use of the chances in terms of digitalisation.
8. Close cooperation with the headquarters in Germany.
