Job Summary:
The Strategic Digital Marketing Director will oversee the development and execution of global and local marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives. This role requires expertise in performance marketing, data-driven decision making, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and drive all aspects of performance marketing, collaborating closely with internal teams to develop effective landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging.
* Plan, execute, and optimize acquisition campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, display, email, and native advertising.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using quantitative analysis and data-driven insights, ensuring that campaigns meet or exceed business goals and objectives.
* Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify marketing performance issues, pinpoint root causes, and deliver quantifiable improvements.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve the overall effectiveness of performance marketing programs.
* Act as a consultant to internal customers, developing and sustaining solid relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
* 3+ years of professional experience in B2B performance marketing, preferably in the medical device industry or agency environment.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
* Proven track record of experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, display, email, and affiliate marketing.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time.
