Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The role of the Plant ME Manager is to manage the processes and lead and coordinate people to ensure that the production processes respect the customer's requirements, to give permanent support to the improvement of the processes, to ensure that the plant complies with the release plan of the programmes and to manage and report on the department's incidents.
Responsabilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in the engineering processes, in order to reduce scrap, recoveries, continuous improvement, etc....
Maintain updated documentation related to manufacturing processes, nomenclatures, quality system documents (FMEA, Control Plan, etc...).
Updating of engineering routines related to daily production indicators.
Manage Engineering Change Requests (pricing, implementation, etc...)
Contribute to the improvement of tooling and process standards, and validate them ("Run and rate), contributing from concept to SMED, TPM. Etc.
Pilot launches, inbound and outbound transfers, and others, managing the PMS.
Optimize the TRS of the plant, proposing the necessary investments for the next budget.
Participate in the Manufacturing Engineering Network.
Responsible for the industrial work, ensuring achievements through functional leadership (planning, analysing the industrial footprint, Capex and coordinating specific functions of the programmes such as PC&L, Engineering, Production, Process, Maintenance, Purchasing, Controlling, Quality / HSE, IT, HR).
Lead and coordinate the maintenance team.
To be responsible for the management of the maintenance department.
Know the roles and responsibilities assigned within the company's prevention plan.
Respect and comply with the Company's Management Code and Code of Ethics.
The responsibilities described in the Legal prevention plan.
Ideal candidate
Senior engineer with specialisation in software.
Previous experience of at least five years in an engineering position in an industrial environment, preferably in the automotive sector, managing a team.
Strong knowledge of project and process management.
Ability for interpersonal relations.
High level of English and/or French.
Training in the FES system
Behaviour in accordance with the Company's values.
Basic training in Safety and Environment (Health and Safety and Environmental Policies, Waste Segregation, Workplace Risks, Emergency Response, etc).

Minimun Requeriments
MINIMUN REQUERIMENTS OF THE POST HOLDER
Minimum Engineering Degree.
Previous experience in engineering, quality, and/or production for at least five years within an industrial environment in the automotive sector.
Training in the FES (Lean Manufacturing) system
Interpersonal relationship skills.
Knowledge of Company procedures
Behaviour in accordance with the Company's values
Basic training in Safety and Environment (Health and Safety and Environmental Policies, Waste Segregation, Workplace Risks, Emergency Response, etc.).
