A Day in the Life
Gain the opportunity to be at the forefront of the future of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will have a direct impact on advancing patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We are dedicated to leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovating cutting-edge ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and traditional electrophysiology (EP) products.
Join our team and be part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality and affordable care around the world. This position will be based in Spain and will be a Remote role.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Plan programs alongside the Sales Manager and other groups to train customers
* Provide technical support to customers regarding CAS products and procedures
* Support sales and marketing teams during presentations and introductions of new products and therapies
* Report all account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics
* Collate and report all customer feedback, product and legal issues, and customer complaints from product-related events
* Carry out all administrative duties, such as regularly providing activity reports to the Sales Manager
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Experience in 3D cardiac navigation & mapping
* Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively on projects, as well as have a Spain-wide view
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Experience in the medical device industry, including a hospital operating room environment, is highly valued.
This position also offers the chance to work across Spain and, at times, Western Europe. With travel comprising 80-100% of the role, you will gain invaluable experience in diverse markets and build a strong international network.
