Ormco, an orthodontics business within the group, is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.
What is your role going to look like?
1. Support the Spanish-speaking market together with your team.
2. Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.
3. Manage customer orders in Oracle (ERP) by receiving, monitoring, and processing them.
4. Handle complaints and other requests from our clients.
5. Receive requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone.

Job Requirements : What will you bring?
1. Native level of Spanish and fluent level of English (C1)
2. Customer-centric approach
3. Good communication skills (efficient, friendly, and positive)
4. Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
5. Dental experience is an advantage
6. Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
7. Organizational skills and attention to detail
