Job Description
Lastminute.com is looking for a telesales agent for the French, Italian, German, Dutch or Portuguese market.
The job in brief :
Working model - Hybrid from Madrid, Remote from Spain
Level - Entry Level
Location - Madrid, Spain
Contract - Permanent (EUR 36 h / week)
Travel time required - Not required
Key responsibilities :
* Serve both inbound and outbound customers with German, Swedish or Danish
* Sell holiday packages
Qualifications :
* Native German, Swedish or Danish
* Fluent level of Spanish
* Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
* Proactive team player
* Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver
* Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
* Strong communicator internal / external
* Work with commercial targets
* Oriented business results
* Versatility
* Previous experience in the travel context or sales
