To support their ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Business Developer to join their international team and play a key role in scaling their presence in the UK market. The position is based in their centrally located offices in Madrid.ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition through outbound outreach via phone and email. Your main focus will be identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients, and nurturing them through the early stages of the sales funnel. This is a performance-driven role ideal for a confident communicator with a track record in outbound sales and a keen interest in digital marketing.Key tasks include:Researching and identifying potential leads across target industries and regions.Executing targeted outbound campaigns (cold calling and cold emailing).Qualifying leads through discovery calls, assessing their needs and readiness.Booking meetings for senior sales or strategy teams with qualified prospects.Maintaining a high volume of daily outreach while ensuring quality conversations.Using CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and improve conversion.Collaborating with marketing and strategy teams to refine outreach messaging.Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends and services.RequirementsFluency in English, both written and spoken.Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in outbound sales, ideally in B2B or agency environments.Proven success in cold calling and email prospecting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive style.Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.Experience with sales tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content, etc.) is a bonus.BenefitsJoin a fast-growing, successful agency with real influence over your role and the company's direction.Regular international travel to connect with colleagues in other European offices.33 days of annual leave (from day one, including public holidays), plus early finish on Fridays.Full equipment provided: MacBook or Windows laptop, second screen, mouse, and keyboard.
