We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional based in Madrid to join an energy company in continous growth and development, with strong knowledge of labor compliance, and the ability to lead HR operations while coordinating teams and vendors across multiple countries.
What will you do?
* Personnel administration and payroll management for over 200 employees in more than 6 countries.
* Labor compliance and employee relations advisory to business partners.
* Maintain global consistency and local labor compliance of the company’s contracts
* Supervise execution of long-term and executive payment schemes.
* Coordinate the administration team (2 people) and several external vendors.
* Lead the design & implementation of company policies.
* Monitor HR systems.
* Maintain and control of databases and digital and physical archives.
* Onboarding & Offboarding procedures.
What do we need?
* At least 5 years of experience in the HR Administration/Operations area, with an international scope.
* Degree in Law, Labor Relations would be considered an advantage.
* Experience coordinating and mentoring small teams.
* Advanced English & Spanish level.
* Advanced level of Excel and reporting/presentation skills would be considered an advantage.
* Organizational skills, clear thinker able to simplify complex tax and legal ramifications.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
* Strategic mindset, with long-term thinking and a global perspective.
