The position
Depending on the Technical Coordinator of the Services Department and integrated into the Technical team, we are looking for a Service Technician to carry out various field activities related to the tasks of Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance, as well as the Upgrade and Repair of industrial electronic equipment related to the continuous availability of energy.
Main responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality, customer-focused technical service, both in Installation and Commissioning tasks, as well as in Preventive Maintenance and Customer Support for Incident Resolution.
2. Coordinate, prepare, and carry out installation and commissioning tasks of equipment and systems on-site, within the agreed scope, and generate the corresponding As-Built documentation.
3. Plan, prepare, and execute Preventive Maintenance tasks based on the agreed schedule, performing the scheduled work on time and with quality, and closing the activity with the corresponding report.
4. Support partners in troubleshooting remotely, providing technical assistance and continuously monitoring until resolution and closure.
5. Assist in capturing, analyzing, and escalating customer needs to ensure the availability of equipment/systems, including improvement proposals.
6. Carry out other activities such as training for equipment use, promoting the company's provided services, managing both personal and customer inventory, etc.
7. All of this will be performed within AEG's quality standards, strictly adhering to Occupational Health and Safety requirements, and based on the company's procedures. Always aiming for maximum efficiency, teamwork, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Education: Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior) in Electricity and Electronics.
2. Experience: 1 year is enough as we would like to hire someone junior.
3. Languages: Intermediate level of English required.
4. Experience in Maintenance, Technical support, Customer satisfaction, Documentation management.
5. Must live in Madrid.
6. Willing to travel up to 60% of the time or more.
