As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will leverage your excellent communication skills in German and English to build rapport, overcome objections, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Main responsibilities
* Qualify potential leads coming from the Marketing Department
* Act as the primary point of contact, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
* Guide prospects through the sales process
* Educate potential customers on product offerings, features, and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and improve conversion rates.
* Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term customer satisfaction

* Experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management – You know how to build and nurture client relationships
* Understanding of the SaaS Industry
