The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our Sales Department. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in driving revenue growth by providing administrative assistance, customer service, and operational support. This role requires, ,exceptional communication and organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a member of the Sales Department, the Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in helping the sales department to achieve its goals, giving support to all the aspects related to sales, opportunities and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team with lead and opportunities managment, qualification, and follow-up activities
* Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate data
* Give support with the preparation of sales presentations and customer proposals
* Handle initial customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representatives
* Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Organize and schedule meetings, sales calls, and follow-ups for the sales team
* Collaborate with marketing to align promotional strategies with sales objectives
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics for management review
* Public tender management and follow up
* Develop and maintain sales process documentation and training materials
* Assist in drafting and negotiating sales contracts and agreements
* Manage incoming client communications and ensure timely follow-ups
* Facilitate cross-department communication to streamline sales processes
* Provide administrative support such as expense tracking and travel coordination.
* Help organize and support company participation in industry events and trade shows
* Assist in the development of sales scripts and training materials for the sales team
* Aligned with marketing and quality department, provide support for customer retention strategies, including renewal reminders and satisfaction surveys
* Support the onboarding and training of new sales staff
* Manage sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
Your profile:
* Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or software industry
* Experience in CRM tools, NetSuite preferable
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
* Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Passionate and motivated mindset to boost the sales and overcome business challenges
* Excellent communication
* Good team player and respectful of diversity
* Good MS Office Knowledge
