Technician Energy Saving /CAE/
Our client is a key player in Energy Renovation, specializing in financing energy-efficiency projects while ensuring full regulatory compliance. With over 14 years in the field, they have successfully implemented a comprehensive approach to energy renovation, covering:
* Energy Audits – Identifying the best energy optimization strategies.
* Project Execution – Delivering high-impact energy efficiency solutions to B2B clients, including commercial and residential buildings.
* Regulated Financing – Managing funding for energy renovation in strict compliance with ministry guidelines, in collaboration with a vast network of partners.
Having financed over 50,000 energy renovation projects in France, the company is now expanding into Spain with the goal of replicating their success and becoming a benchmark in the Spanish market.
Mission: Help develop and implement energy efficiency projects in Spain. Your work will directly contribute to companies accessing funding and implementing impactful energy-saving solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct energy audits aligned with ministry guidelines.
* Technical and regulatory analysis of CAE files.
* Analysis of Standard Operation Sheets, with creation of business cases.
* Analysis of the profitability of the operations to be investigated and developed, of CAE.
* Consult, supervise, and certify energy-saving measures for businesses and buildings.
* Assist clients in qualifying for government incentives and funding programs.
* Collaborate with other key stakeholders to drive energy efficiency.
Requirements:
* Official university degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in: Engineering, Technical Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Architecture (MECES 2 - EQF 6).
* Experience with CAE (Certificados de Ahorro Energético).
* The degree must meet the requirements to practice as an energy auditor (Royal Decree 56/2016).
* OR hold an Energy Auditor or Energy Manager certification issued by an ENAC-accredited certification body.
* Fluent Spanish and fluent English or French.
