How your day will look like
As an Application Manager, you will:
* Manage and evolve applications within the CX Suite, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Identify business requirements and implement system enhancements (forms, workflows, data structures).
* Lead global implementation of CX tools and oversee key system integrations (e.g., Scribe, S/4HANA, Event Management platforms).
* Own and coordinate change requests and ensure accurate system documentation.
* Provide second-level support and act as liaison between internal users and external service providers.
* Train stakeholders in new processes and ensure successful adoption across teams.
* Monitor system performance and resolve technical incidents in collaboration with partners.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure data consistency and service quality.
* Drive key IT projects such as the new CRM initiative and Microsoft Fabric-based reporting platform.
* Support cross-functional platforms, including Showpad and Cvent (user provisioning, SSO setup).
