Description
As a content manager for Loomis Group business, your main function is creating engaging content for our owned channels about the company, its people and our business across our global internal communication channels.
Also, the role will work in close collaboration with marketing, sales teams and human resources in each subsidiary to export best practices and increase the employees’ engagement.
Responsibilities:
The internal communications manager must focus mostly on, but not limited to:
Content Creation:
Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for internal channels, including newsletters, intranet articles, employee emails, leadership communications, and event materials.
Develop storytelling pieces that highlight employee achievements, company milestones, and cultural initiatives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to craft clear, concise, and engaging messaging that aligns with our company’s values and priorities.
Editorial Support:
Serve as the go-to expert for crafting and refining written communications for leadership, HR, and other departments.
Ensure all content adheres to the company’s tone of voice, branding guidelines, and editorial standards.
Channel Management:
Optimize written content for various internal communication platforms, including intranet articles, social collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Sitecore), and video scripts.
Collaborate with the design and multimedia teams to create visually appealing content that complements written materials.
Campaign Support:
Support the execution of local internal campaigns by producing content that drives employee engagement and reinforces key initiatives.
Tailor content for different employee audiences, ensuring accessibility and relevance across locations and functions.
Feedback & Improvement:
Gather feedback from employees and analyze engagement data to refine and improve content.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and copywriting.
Authorities:
As global internal communications manager, your job demands supporting Loomis Group and all its subsidiaries
Defining the internal content strategy for Loomis in coordination with the company CMO/CHRO office
Group intranet, Loomis Model, and other global internal channels content creation and management.
Skills, competencies and experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Literature, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role.
Experience from at least 2 companies, one of them an agency.
Fluent written and spoken English (C1-C2 full professional proficient)
Good written and spoken German or French, Nordic languages are also highly appreciated. (B1-B2)
Spanish is not mandatory but a plus, no specific level is required.

Strong storytelling ability with a knack for distilling complex ideas into clear, concise, and relatable narratives.
Experience writing for multiple formats, including long-form articles, email copy, and short-form headlines.
Proficiency with digital communication tools such as CMS platforms (e.g., SharePoint), email marketing software, and collaboration platforms.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
