Job Summary
* Support campaign planning by establishing contact with each channel as needed and ensuring alignment.
* Supervise the creation of standardized documents across regions/markets for consistency and best practices.
* Develop marketing materials for the MICE segment to be implemented across all markets.
* Coordinate trade show management, including booth design and messaging.
* Consolidate the planning and email marketing B2B activation calendar.
* Manage content production and update our content site for travel agents.
* Manage merchandising budgets and purchases for trade shows and events.
Responsibilities
1. Establish relationships with suppliers and vendors.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives.
3. Design and implement effective marketing campaigns.
4. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
5. Monitor and optimize marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communication, or campaign management.
* Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic design software (Canva, Photoshop).
* Basic knowledge of email marketing and content management (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress, CMS).
* High level of English (minimum B2-C1).
