Finance Manager

Confidential company is looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for managing corporate finance and administration on an ongoing basis. The main responsibilities include developing and managing the organization's financial plan, implementing financing strategies to ensure financial stability, and providing business support to drive decision-making and strategic growth. This role is key to ensuring the financial health and long-term success of the company.
Key accountabilities:
1. Overall coordination with CFO of financial related matters.
2. Preparation of financial reports, budgets and all planning and control analysis activities as needed.
3. Reviews funding needs, plans and forecasts cash and liquidity necessities in coordination with the rest of the Finance team.
4. Supports the preparation of information for the annual report and accounts.
5. Supports Financial Accountant and Financial Controller in the preparation of accounting information.
6. Controls and monitors all tax procedures and ensures compliance with tax obligations in coordination with local service provider.
7. Contacts with service providers in the context of financial and tax due diligence and reviews the conclusions to support transaction documents (SPA, SHA, others).
8. Regular meetings with CFO and corporate team to present results and support decision making process.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any similar field.
2. 5-7 years of experience in accounting firm (Big Four) or similar position.
3. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
4. Comprehensive technical and accounting skills.
5. Advanced level of Excel is a must.
6. Knowledge of finance modules of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP (valuable but not mandatory).
7. Knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications.
8. Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
9. Ability to identify financial issues, develop and execute mitigating actions.
10. Advanced level of English (C1).
11. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
12. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
13. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and service providers.
